I wish to advise that I am available to provide specialist management of cardiac conditions privately at Ballarat & Grampians Private Practice.

I joined the Ballarat Health Services as a Consultant Cardiologist 12 months ago. I completed my Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the Westmead Hospital, Sydney and in Canada, before pursing a Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Waikato Hospital in New Zealand. I commenced my General Cardiology training at the Townsville Hospital before moving to The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane. I was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2011. I completed my General Medicine training in the UK before moving to Australia, and graduated Medicine in India in 2001.

I am interested in all aspects of Cardiology, and have expertise in performing coronary angiograms, angioplasties, intra-coronary imaging (IVUS & OCT), and functional studies (FFR), and device implantation including pacemakers and defibrillators . I regularly perform and report on Echocardiograms and Stress Tests, including Stress Echocardiograms. I also have an interest in the non-invasive management of heart failure and valvular heart disease
